These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and if you reject the terms below it is your responsibility to navigate away from anything affiliated with CSW Trades LLC.

CSW Trades LLC actively updates products and services, any new product, service, or educational content is also subject to the Terms of Service. You can view the most up-to-date Terms of Service from this page at any time. We, CSW Trades LLC, reserve the right to change, update, or replace any part of the Terms of Service that we deem fit. It your responsibility, as the user, to check this page for changes. Your continued use of our website, content, services, etc. is an acceptance to any changes of the Terms of Service.

Section 1 - General

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. CSW Trades LLC aims to provide a community of like-minded traders; therefore, for any reason a ranking member of the CSW Trades LLC reserves the right to remove you from the community if you violate terms of express un-ethical behaviors.

You agree to not reproduce, reverse-engineer, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any content, product, or service that you access from CSW Trades LLC. If it is found that you have taken any content from CSW Trades LLC and claimed it as your own, CSW Trades LLC reserves the right to claim ownership of material and receive proper compensation / damages.

Section 2- Online Store

By agreeing to the Terms of Service on this page, you represent that you are at least the legal age in your State, Providence, or Country to participant in financial markets.

CSW Trades LLC rejects all illegal or illicit behavior depending on your jurisdiction's laws. CSW Trades LLC shall not be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized purpose from their own unknowing or from their user's misuse. Failure to abide is a direct violation of our Terms and Service and your account will be terminated immediately upon notice.

Do not share your username, or password with anyone.
Do not share any private content from your membership to anyone. Failure to do so is a violation of our Terms and Service.

Section 3- Product / Service / Membership

CSW Trades products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Do not share ideas or plays with anyone outside of our Discord community. Imitations of our product are not allowed, you agree that we have the right at anytime to remove your access and ban you from our community if suspected of imitating in any form.

Section 4- Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, services, and content, any and all purchases are non-refundable. If you make a purchase and then decide to cancel a refund will not be warranted. If for any reason you are removed (banned) from the any CSW Trades LLC product or service a refund will not be issued.

Section 5- Accuracy of Information
We are not to be held responsible nor liable for any misinformation found on any CSW Trades LLC content. If you believe that you have caught an error, misspelling, etc. please contact our support staff and we will be happy to assist or put in a work order. The material on this site is solely education and should not be relied upon for the sole reason to make a decision. Reliance of material or content presented to you by CSW Trades LLC is to be done so at your OWN risk. It is also important to note that historical information is not a basis to predict future events. Any represent of historical performance does not guarantee future results.

In no case shall CSW Trades, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We, CSW Trades LLC, reserve the right to change, update, or replace any part of the Terms of Service that we deem fit. It your responsibility, as the user, to check this page for changes. Your continued use of our website, content, services, etc. is an acceptance to any changes of the Terms of Service.

Discord Terms
You may not access or use the Discord for any fraudulent activity that uses our information outside of the server. The Discord may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the The CSW Trades Discord Server, you are agreeing to the terms listed below:

1. Do not Harass, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees engaged in providing you assistance.
2. Do not use any unauthorized use of the Discord, including collecting usernames for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses (fake accounts for the goal of scamming or solicitation).
3. Do not use the Discord as part of any effort to compete with us. Sharing of server contents with other individuals or servers is prohibited. Breaking this rule will result in legal action.
4. Do not use the Discord to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
5. Keep server conversations in their appropriate channels (Ex. Trade-chat for trading, lounge-chat for leisure).
6. Be respectful towards others; no toxic or rude behavior towards other individuals.
7.We do not offer financial advice, and you can not do the same as per the illegal ramifications of doing so.
8. Do not ask for any specific stocks to buy into, again investment and financial advice is illegal as per rule 7.
9. Sharing or promotions of other servers within ours is also illegal, we ask that you do not do this or it will result in an automatic ban.
10. Any purchase made is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you make a purchase and then decide to cancel, a refund will not be given. A ban is also considered a cancellation so you will not receive a refund in any manner.
11. Do not post any promotional or personal content created by you that we already provide in our discord group. If you would like to post anything related to this kind of content, please run it by CSW or his staff beforehand.
